✅ Ongoing professional development, including access to mandatory training (such as Safe Sleep, Child Protection, Food Safety, and Pool Safety), membership to both the ECA and ECTA Learning Hubs, and quarterly Educational Leader visits to support programming and environments. Educators also receive curriculum guidance and programming ideas to help create meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
✅ Regular car seat checks, access to all relevant safety policies, risk assessment templates, and comprehensive guidance on key child safety topics such as safe sleep, pool safety, hygiene, food handling, and supervision.
